SOFTWARE LICENSE AGREEMENT

GENERAL PROVISIONS

This license (“License”) is a legal agreement governing your use of the “Media Drug Software” (the "Software") for computers running Windows, Mac OS and Linux operating systems.
By the means of this License the End-user is any natural person, legal entity or any other owner, user or controller of the computer where the Software is downloaded, installed or stored in any other legal or illegal way.
By obtaining the Software by means of downloading, copying, installing or by any other means, the End-user agrees to comply with the terms and conditions of this License in full. The use of the Software is to be a subject to this License. Any natural person, legal entity or any other owner or user of the computer where the Software is downloaded, installed or stored in any other legal or illegal way should not use the Software. Infringement of this License in full or any of its part is a subject for prohibition of use of the Software.
You are authorized to download, install and use the Software only for personal, noncommercial use free of charge. Use of the Software requires compatible devices, Internet access, may require periodic updates and may be affected by the performance of these factors.
The software does not provide charged services. All Software updates are free of charge. You assume all risk associated with the installation and use of the Software. In no event shall the authors or copyright holders of the Software be liable for claims, damages or other liability arising from, out of, or in connection with the software. End-users are solely responsible for determining the appropriateness of use and assume all risks associated with its use, including but not limited to the risks of program errors, damage to equipment, loss of data and/or information, including downloaded content other software installed, from your computer or connected devices and from peripherals (including, without limitation, servers and other computers) connected thereto. You expressly acknowledge and agree that all use of the Software is at your own risk. To the extent permitted by law, the Software developer and right-holder shall have no liability with respect to your use of Software, including the inability to access downloaded content. All the downloaded content is not the property of Licensor and is available for free download from open internet sources. The owners of the respective internet sources are liable for setting the content for free download and online usage.
You understand that as a result of using the Software you may encounter content that may be deemed offensive, indecent, or objectionable, which content may or may not be identified as having explicit language, and that the results of any search. Nevertheless, you agree to use the Software at your sole risk and that the Licensor shall have any liability to you for content that may be found to be offensive, indecent, or objectionable.

PERIOD AND TERRITORY OF USE

The End-user is authorized with this nontransferable nonexclusive License to download, install and use the Software worldwide for an unlimited time.

LIMITATIONS

End-user may not decompile, reverse-engineer, disassemble, attempt to derive the source code of, modify, or create derivative works of the Software, any updates, or any part thereof. Any attempt to do so is a violation of the rights of the Licensor and its licensors. If you breach this restriction, you may be subject to prosecution and damages.
You may not distribute or make the Software available over a network where it could be used by multiple devices at the same time. You may not rent, lease, lend, sell, transfer redistribute, or sublicense the Software and, if you sell your computer to a third party, you must remove the Software from the computer before doing so.

LIABILITY

To the maximum extent the Software and any services performed or provided by the Software are provided for free on the terms of "as is" and “as available”, with all faults and without warranty of any kind, and licensor hereby disclaims all warranties and conditions with respect to the Software and any services including warranties of quality, performance, non-infringement, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
You agree that Licensor may collect and use technical data and related information -including but not limited to technical information about your device, system and application software, and peripherals - that is gathered periodically to facilitate the provision of software updates, product support, and other services to you (if any) related to the Software. Licensor may use this information, as long as it is in a form that does not personally identify you, to improve its products or to provide services or technologies to you. This information will be stored anonymously and will not be associated with your name or Account.
To agree to this License, click "agree." if you do not agree to these terms, do not click "agree," and do not use the Software. If you do not agree to this license but have already downloaded, installed or stored the Software in any other legal or illegal way you should remove the Software, all its parts and all the content received from your computer.
If you are under the age of 18 (or other lawful age of your residence) or out of legal capacity due to any other reason, you should review this License with your parent or guardian to make sure that you and your parent or guardian understand it. Any use of the Software is the confirmation that the legally incapable user is endorsed by parent or guardian.

UPDATES AND UPGRADES

The terms of this License will govern any updates and upgrades that replace and/or supplement the original Software, unless such upgrade is accompanied by a separate license in which case the terms of that license will govern. By installing the Software, the End-user agrees to the terms and conditions of this license for all updates and upgrades.

TERMINATION

The License is effective until terminated by you or the Licensor. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice from the Licensor if you fail to comply with any term(s) of this License. Upon termination of the License, you shall cease all use of the Software and destroy all copies, full or partial, of the Software you use or possess.
